1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund in the following cases:

2. Return Process
- Our customer care team will review your complaint within 24 hours.
- If your claim is valid, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personal care & beauty products once opened.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Hazardous items (flammable liquids, gases, chemicals).
- Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item (if eligible), and then place a new order for the replacement.
